vs Vapi
Vapi runs the call. You run everything else.
- BackendVapi retired Workflows on 18 Aug 2026; existing workflows stopped running on the 19th. The replacement is Assistants and Squads, and Make has since dropped its Vapi workflow module. Anyreach workflows are native, versioned and callable mid-call.
- DataNo tables, no vector store. You bring Supabase or Pinecone and a sync job. Anyreach tables are rows with column filters and semantic search, queried by the agent and the workflow.
- Price$0.05/min hosting, then STT, LLM, TTS and telephony at provider cost on top. 4 concurrent calls on the entry package, 10 on Core, then $10 a line a month. Four bills before you ship.
- EmailNot a Vapi channel. Anyreach runs the same agent version in the inbox.
- MigrateSend us the assistant export. We map the prompt, tools and number into an agent version; squads become one agent with gated tools.
vs Retell
Retell sells to agencies. It still leaves them the backend.
- BackendAutomation goes through Make, Zapier or n8n connectors. The knowledge base is documents, not rows. Anyreach keeps workflows and tables in the same runtime.
- PriceAbout $0.07/min for the voice engine, plus LLM ($0.003–$0.08/min) and telephony (~$0.015/min); typical all-in lands at $0.11–$0.15. 20 concurrent calls included, $8/month each after. AI QA is a separate $0.10/min after 100 free minutes.
- CCaaSRetell documents Genesys, Five9 and Avaya SIP deploys. Every Anyreach agent is a SIP endpoint and you can bring your own trunk, so it drops into Genesys, Five9, NICE CXone, Avaya or any SIP trunk.
- ConfigBoth expose JSON over an API. Anyreach adds JSON export, diffs between versions, and pinning a number to a version.
- IdentityRetell has no identity model; you gate tools in your own backend. Anyreach runs your verifier workflow and refuses gated tools without a verified identity.
- AgenciesPer-client work on Retell means a workspace, a Make account and a data store per client, and a demo built by hand. Here a parent org manages a tree of child orgs from one console, white-label on the Agency plan, and a demo comes back from a URL.
vs LiveKit · Pipecat
Frameworks give you the pipeline. Not the last mile.
- You ownTurn detection tuning, variable extraction, tracing, redeploy-free iteration, testing, a dashboard, and the ops to run it at 3 a.m. That's the last mile, and it's most of the work.
- ControlFrameworks win when the conversation loop itself is the product. Anyreach gives you per-channel model overrides, code steps in workflows and a full MCP surface, but the loop is ours.
- PriceHosting is $0.01/min on both (LiveKit Cloud: 1,000 free minutes, 5 concurrent on the free plan; Pipecat Cloud agent-1x). Providers, telephony and the engineer who maintains it are not included.
- Open sourceTheirs is. Ours isn't. If you need to read the loop, use a framework.
- BothSeveral customers run Pipecat for one bespoke agent and Anyreach for the other twelve. The MCP server and webhooks make that a normal setup.
vs Vapi + n8n + Supabase
Three bills, three dashboards, one webhook mesh.
- LatencyA tool call that crosses Vapi → n8n → Supabase → n8n → Vapi is two network hops and a cold n8n execution. In Anyreach the table query runs in the same process as the agent: 61ms in the demo above.
- StateA workflow here sees the conversation, the table and the credential in one place. No payload mapping between three systems.
- Keep n8nIf you have 40 n8n flows, keep them. Anyreach workflows can call n8n webhooks and n8n can call ours. Move the ones on the call path first.
